Frequency and length of sessions
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes each.
We can work together for a set number of sessions, or continue longer-term if this feels right for you. I usually recommend an initial 6 sessions to begin with.
Fees
Online sessions are £55, and in-person sessions are £70.
If you are not able to afford weekly therapy, I also offer the option to meet fortnightly, where spaces are available.

I hold sessions online or from either of the two locations below. Both rooms are quiet and comfortable.
