I offer a nurturing, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can safely explore difficult feelings, and work towards meaningful change.

Talking therapy can help us attune to deeper feelings and experiences, and is a gentle way of fostering long-lasting shifts toward peace, dignity, coherence, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of self.

You may or may not know where to begin - I work from a foundation of curiosity, compassion, honesty and respect to help you feel able to come as you are.

I am a qualified integrative Counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP, and complete regular professional development to keep my knowledge and skills up-to-date and attuned to our work together. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and anti-oppressive practice.

I have always had a curiosity about the human heart and our sense of home and connection, and so before training as a therapist I studied art, and the philosophy, languages and religious practices of India and Tibet.

If you feel we might be a good fit, I offer a free initial consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy and how I might be able to help.

This is a chance for you to ask any questions you might have, and to gather a feel for whether you'd like to work together.

To arrange a free consultation, please contact me.
