Amy McCaffrey, MBACP
Welcome
I offer a warm, attentive and nurturing counselling space in Central London and online.
I imagine you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next. Together, we can explore what those feelings might mean and how change might look and feel for you.

I practise an integrative and full-bodied approach to therapy, which means we can draw from a variety of maps - both mind and body-based - to understand where your feelings come from and what they might mean. You might want to work for a limited number of sessions to explore a specific issue, or continue longer-term together, exploring your experiences at depth.

I have always had a curiosity about the human heart and the forces that move us, and so before training as a therapist I studied fine art, the art, philosophy and religious practices of South Asia, and Sanskrit.
